-Differences:
There are very few differences between the Arcade, PS2, and Dreamcast version of the game, gameplay wise. In Japan the PS2 version had a special bundle which came with a modem that allowed PS2 players to connect to Capcom's server and play online. The Japanese Dreamcast version had a special edition that came with the Fan Disk. The Fan Disk featured artwork from both companies for Capcom vs SNK, Capcom vs SNK Pro, and Capcom vs SNK 2. It also featured game saves for various Capcom Dreamcast games, and replay saves which featured some combo exhibitions.

There are however some differences in the US version. The game's subtitle in Japan was Millionaire Fighting while the US version's subtitle was Mark of the Millennium. Also some character's vocals were removed, such as Sagat no longer saying Genocide. Many of the win quotes in the game were not translated and are missing from the game, there are suppose to be win quotes between partners in a team, solo quotes, and quotes between winner and loser in a single match.

The Network play was taken out of the US version as well.

-Other info:
The character known as Manali is from the Nakoruru Adventure game. She makes a cameo apperance in Nakoruru's intro and win pose. Check out her offical artwork as well as some screenshots.
